2-Year Manufacturer Warranty

Every PowerSurf board comes with a full 2-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is your guarantee of quality and covers all manufacturing defects.

What's Covered

• Engine defects under normal operating conditions
• Carbon fiber hull structural defects
• Throttle mechanism and safety killswitch failures
• Any component failure not caused by user error or external damage

What's Not Covered

• Damage from accidents, crashes, or misuse
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from use in salt water without proper rinsing (flush engine after each salt water use)
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) that do not affect function

How to Make a Claim

Contact our warranty team at warranty@powersurf.eu with your proof of purchase and a description and photos of the issue. Please be aware that repairing a surfboard can take some time — we take the time necessary to repair it properly and ensure high quality. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

Resolution Options

Depending on the defect, we will repair, replace components, or replace the entire unit at our discretion — at no cost to you.
